The bag break station, also known as a dust-free bag dump station, is designed for the manual unloading of both small bags and bulk bags (ton bags). Operators manually open and empty bags into the feed hopper, where gravity assists in transferring materials into the storage bin. The entire process is enclosed, supported by an integrated dust removal system comprising the station body, filter, and dust extraction fan to prevent dust emission and maintain a clean working environment.
