The blender is designed for homogenizing bulk-solids in bulk-solids handling systems. It utilizes an internal structure that uses the natural gravity of the materials during discharge, enabling full-volume blending and uniformity throughout blender.

      The multi-pipe blender features multiple vertical pipes installed inside. Material from different height levels flows simultaneously into the blending pipes from various directions, promoting thorough mixing across all layers.

    • Multi-Channel Blender
      Multi-Channel Blender

      In this design, pipes are mounted along the inner wall of blender. Materials at different levels enter the blending pipes from one side, enabling consistent mixing of materials from different vertical layers.

    • Multi-Cone Blender
      Multi-Cone Blender

      This silo is structured with multiple cone-shaped outlets at the bottom. As the material flows through the conical sections, velocity differences are generated, facilitating uniform blending during discharge.
