Rotary drum cooler for cooling free-flowing bulk-solids

The Bulk-solids multi-tube heat exchanger adopts a rotary drum structure, using circulating cooling water or chilled water as the cooling medium. As the bulk-solids enter from the top inlet, they are gradually moved and tumbled within the rotating drum, allowing for continuous contact and efficient heat exchange with the cooling medium. This process significantly reduces the material temperature before discharge from the outlet.

Applications

Ideal for rapid cooling of powder and granular materials in high-temperature processing environments.
